Send payment directly from your bank. Fast, free, and widely available. After confirming your piece with a specialist, we'll provide our Zelle details for immediate transfer.
Wire Transfer
Ideal for larger purchases. Wire transfers are secure and processed through your bank. We'll provide routing details after your appointment.
Secure Card Invoice
Prefer to pay by card? We'll send a secure invoice through a trusted payment processor. You enter your card information on their encrypted, PCI-compliant page — never on our website.
Important
Card invoices are sent only after you have selected a piece with one of our jewelry specialists during your virtual appointment. We never ask for payment information through the website, email, or text message.
Identity Safeguarding for High-Value Orders
To protect your investment and our heritage, high-value card transactions may undergo a signature-grade verification process. This is a standard security measure used by premium retailers worldwide to prevent unauthorized purchases and protect our customers.
Verification is only required when needed — typically for high-value shipped orders paid by card. Zelle and wire transfer orders, as well as in-store pickups, generally do not require additional verification.
